E. R. Whitehead, President
E. R. (Reggie) Whitehead has been with the company for 46 years and has been its President and Chief Financial Officer for 35 years. Due to health problems facing Everett, Sr., Reggie took command of the company in 1972 and purchased the company later in 1972. Until this time the company was known primarily as an exclusive homebuilder along with some commercial work.
Reggie began transforming the company into a commercial - industrial company along with upscale homes. The company has thrived under his leadership and has maintained a solid reputation as a quality construction company.
E. Ryan Whitehead, Vice President (14 years)
Ryan Whitehead has worked for the company all throughout his High School and College years and holds a State Contractors License. Under Reggie’s tutelage, Ryan has been prepared to lead the company for a third generation. At present, Ryan oversees all field superintendents and employees, as well as the daily scheduling. Ryan also meets with perspective and existing customers, working with them from conception to completion.
John Kok, Project Management/Sales (3 years)
John came to us after being in business since 1976 as a State licensed General Contractor. His duties include overseeing daily operations of his assigned jobsites in and out of town and checking on his job superintendents on a daily basis. John also works in our Estimating Department, when needed, as well as meets with potential customers. John’s knowledge of both Commercial and Residential Construction is a big asset to our team.
Wendy Venters, Corporate Secretary (13 years)
Wendy has been with the company for many years. In addition to serving as the company secretary (Officer) she also is the Human Resources Manager and Safety Director.
Mindy Adams, Estimating and Project Management (1 year)
Mindy has been with the company for 1 year. She has 15 years experience in the construction industry and came to us after a long term local position in residential and commercial construction. Prior to relocating to Polk County, Mindy held a Project Management position with a multi-million dollar homebuilder in the Tampa Bay area.
