Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc., was hired by Fred Johnson to design build his restaurant “Fred’s Southern Kitchen” in Bartow. This project was an exterior and interior renovation of an existing building that once housed the garden center for Walmart. Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc., worked closely with Mr. Johnson and Interplan Design to build this 7,000 sq. ft. restaurant.
Mr. Johnson also hired Everett Whitehead & Son Inc., to renovate the Old Shells building on 3rd St., SW, in Winter Haven. Together with our company, Tom Finnell Architect and Mr. Johnson we were able to transform this 5,800 sq. ft. building into what is now the fourth location for “Fred’s Southern Kitchen”.
