Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc. was proud to be chosen as the Design-Build Contractor. Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc. was involved throughout the design stage, choosing and hiring the Civil Engineers and Architect, giving cost saving ideas. The project was completed on time and within budget.
This project consisted of five pre-engineered metal buildings totaling 107,000 s.f. Building #1 housed the main offices, door and trim manufacturing facilities. Buildings 2, 3 and 4 are all lumber storage facilities. Building #5 was added during construction to construct pre-fabricated wall panels.
