This was a complete turn key project, where we developed a 120 acres site in Auburndale, Florida, consisting of 69 acres for modular parking, 97,000 s.f. I.C. Inventory Center, plus 8,400 s.f. of sales offices.

Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc. worked hand in hand with the McGrath RentCorp home office located in Livermore, CA. This project is underway at this time and Everett Whitehead & Son, Inc. has remained on budget and time.
